In celebration of her 90th birthday, Robie Neal began loom knitting beanie hats to help individuals meet the basic needs of life that many people take for granted and provide hope for children diagnosed with cancer.

When multiplied, the smallest act of caring can bring happiness and optimism to people who need it most. Now at age 94, Robie attributes her energy to losing herself in something bigger than herself.

Lending a helping hand is one of the easiest things you can do to make a difference. You can improve the world one day, one person, and one act of kindness at a time. Robie’s reason is to make a difference, one beanie at a time.
