As the Executive Director and CEO of the Gilliland Foundation, her position is multifaceted. She oversees the operation and mission execution. Her key responsibilities include seeking volunteer support, leading fundraising efforts, and ensuring compliance and financial stability. She manages the day-to-day operations and implements the board’s strategic decisions. Diane plays a crucial role in the program development and implementation, ensuring that the Gilliland Foundation’s mission and focus areas align and are effective and impactful.
