Robie Neal

Robie Neal served on the board committee to lower the blood alcohol content limit to 0.08% in North Carolina. Because of Robie’s immovable commitment, North Carolina’s Lieutenant Governor Jim Gardner presented a bill to the state senate, which ultimately enacted an 0.08% BAC limit on October 1, 1993.

Robie’s background includes serving on the board of Crime Stoppers for the past 20 years and is distinguished by a contagious enthusiasm and passionate belief in people that inspires them to become prouder, stronger, and more valuable contributors to the organizations they serve.

When Robie is not diligently leading benevolent initiatives, she can be found pursuing her passion for making the world a better place by looming beanie hats in her recliner.
